Viewing comments in the worklist
Before
The comment icon is shown on all rows. An empty icon means no comment. A filled icon means one or more comments exist.
After
The comment icon is only displayed on rows where comments exist. Click the icon to view the comment(s), or to add a new comment.
If you have selected a row with no comments, a grey comment icon is shown to indicate that you can click on the icon to add a new comment.
