Termination and binding period
The agreement runs for the notice period and any commitment period in the contract and will expire after the expiry of these.
Retention obligation
We would like to remind you of the obligation to retain accounting documents.
After the end of the contract period, we will, on the basis of GDPR, no longer be able to store your data and it will consequently be deleted as long as there is no customer relationship.
With an archive license with us, we will safely store these documents for as long as there is a need for this. Read more about archive licenses from Compello here.
You are the owner of the data and if you do not want an archive license, the data will have to be manually retrieved before the termination of the agreement. You will then have to store the data yourself and will be responsible for security and maintenance.
