Private
Send invoices through your customers’ preferred channels.
Corporate
Ensure faster payment through efficient invoice distribution.
Public sector
Many public sector enterprises require the use of PEPPOL today.
By “multi-channel distribution”, we mean that your organisation can offer a variety of distribution channels. This, in turn, means that you can distribute invoices via the channel you consider to be most cost-effective, while accommodating your customers’ preferences.
Direct Debit, eInvoice, digital mailbox and SMS are all examples of distribution channels.
In cases where your customers do not have an agreement with your preferred distribution channel, SEND will use a different channel based on a prioritised order defined by you, as the issuer.
With SEND, you can be sure that the invoice will reach the intended recipient.
