- If you have a support agreement with your Compello supplier, you should contact them first.
- If you have a support agreement directly with Compello Software AS, the support service in the application is free.
- You can find many answers and tips in Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) on Helpdesk, or in Compello’s helpfiles.
- It is easier for us to help you if your query contains a detailed description of your wishes or problems. If a problem has arisen, we will often need to know: the version of Compello that you are using, whether it concerns Web or Windows, the name of the finance system and the type of database. A good description of what has been done and what is not as expected will help us resolve your query faster.
